Fielded on a mobile, HX Insta uses the webcam to measure the attention and engagement of the respondent with the influencer creative in two scenarios: (1) within the Instagram environment through a mock feed and (2) through the display of the creative for a short period of time (15 seconds).

Raw emotion data is noisy, jagged and hard to use even for experts. Many of our clients are working with small sample sizes of 100 people when their digital experiences will interact with millions of people.
Based on our 7 years of capturing and interpreting emotion data, we developed an algorithm that smooths and shifts emotion data to a level that represents the population with a high degree of confidence.
Not only does this make 100 person sample data representative of a whole population, but it also makes the information much easier for anyone to read without expertise.
